In virtually any town or village in the Netherlands the fair is ónly once a year. A quick Efteling visit is no sinecure and before you can get your kicks, you have to stand in a queue for an hour. In short, your very own fair-ride in close reach, it can be your personal outlet and can serve a practical function too. You can do this all perfectly secured on behalf of four-wheel drive, Porsche Stability Management and six airbags, that will give you a good alibi when you take her home. With the knowledge a 996 Turbo has a Metzger lower engine block (name of the engineer that designed the engine) that was used for earlier air-cooled versions you can press the throttle pedal with so much excitement you will feel fourteen years old at the local fair again. You should feel it, in this price class a sportier fun car can not be bought. Two turbos launch you with 560Nm to 100km/h in four seconds. Top speed 307 years in prison.
Very complete with a.o electric tilting sunroof, automatic climate control, Porsche Stability Management, board computer, rear wiper, xenon lights, sports seats, centre console and dashboard in contrasting colour, Becker radio/CD with navigation and CD player, fully electric adjustable seats, etc.
Rare and especially beautiful Metropole Blau paint. At night she nearly looks black... Very special, first paint allover except for the front bumper. Therefore, remains damage free. No noticeable stone chip or anything that could resemble a scratch. As a result of being garaged the paint has a nice deep lustre and looks as if she was a mere few years old. Perfectly closing sunroof. Full transparent and undamaged headlights. Also the bumpers are damage free and free from stone chips.
Full double stitched leather. Totally damage free. Sport seats with lightweight plastic shells with Porsche crest in the head rests. Nice undamaged dashboard. The centre console and the panel surrounding the radio have optionally been carried out in Silver grey by Porsche. Original carpeting with 'Porsche' floor mats. Alcantara headlining. All switches and buttons remain fresh and can clearly be read. The car has never been smoked in.
Neat well kept engine compartment wherein everything remains original. Factory plates and stickers that were applied in the factory remain in their correct position. Nicely clean throughout. The luggage compartment is seemingly unused. Here one finds the CD changer and tools. The four original Turbo wheels are free from parking damage and brake dust. The brake callipers are crisp red. Very good Michelin PilotSport tires.
Sold new in 2002 by a Porsche dealer in Belgium Turnhout. In Belgium the car had only one owner. In 2008 the car came to the Netherlands. She remains a full dealer serviced history. Since 2012 the car has covered 8000km whilst she received four services at Porsche Amsterdam. So perfectly maintained. Will be delivered with complete original-instruction service manual, spare key, warranty new MOT and servicing.
